Excellant product and good instructions for easy fitting. Our back door had a metal skim so had to take out a larger hole and fit the additional adaptor to get a good reception from the micro-chip. Working fine and both cats have mastered going out, and one cat both ways, within 1 week or fitting. They were initially a bit apprehensive of the clicking noise when the lock goes down, but they got over this within a few days and are enjoying their freedom.

A great purchase! My cat is 2 and never had a cat flap before, she is very inquisitive and has her nose in every thing, but is quite timid when it comes to noise. It took her the best part of a week to not be afraid of the click the cat flap makes and then she was off! No other cats can come in our home which is what put us off a flap to start with so this is fab!
