Unlike the traditional up and over garage door our Luxury Garage Door rolls up vertically and does not swing out in front of the garage. This means you can park your car right up to the door and still be able to open it with no problem.

High Spec + Low Maintenance

Designed with low maintenance in mind, wherever possible hard wearing nylon parts or bearings are used to reduce friction without the need for lubrication. The Luxury Garage Doors are pre finished in durable HP200 colorcoat steel with a plastisol coating. Plastisol is a very hard wearing surface which ensures your garage door will maintain it’s finish for many years without the need for painting.

Manual Luxury Garage Doors can be upgraded to Automatic at anytime, although there is a significant cost saving when we supply and fit the automatic version from the outset.

Security

The unique rolling code circuitry ensures fail-safe security and eliminates the risk of another handset using the same code. The Glide-A-Code transmitter uses a UHF frequency that transmits a different code everytime you use it, moving on from one of two billion possible codes. The Glide-A-Code handset is one of the most secure available in the world and ensures your garage door will not be activated by another transmitter.

Safety

The Glidermatic drive unit automatically reverses should the downward movement of the garage door be obstructed by anything.

Easy To Use

The Glidermatic remote control allows the door to be opened or closed by means of a compact hand transmitter which works up to 100m away or by pushing the wall mounted button inside the garage. Either way the door operates smoothly and quietly everytime.

Quiet Operation

As the Glidermatic drive unit mounted inside the garage is housed within the door roll, noise emissions are substantially reduced resulting in a quiet and smoother operation. Using this method also increases space within the garage area giving you more room to utilize.
