Delivery Policy + Costs

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £5.75 for orders under £20, free for orders above and including £20. We are able to deliver to the UK only and some products may be detailed as delivery to mainland UK only. Some products on our website may at times be delivered direct from our suppliers at our discretion. Delivery of all products is detailed as taking 3-4 working days but please allow at least 8 working days before contacting us if your product has not arrived within the specified 3-4 working days. Impact Glazing are entitled to make deliveries by installments or partial deliveries. You can view the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account.

To Change Or Cancel Your Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible by phone on 0800 505 3384. If your order has been despatched, you will have to return the order at your expense to our mailing address. Once your order has been returned and checked, a refund of the product price will be made to your credit card. If you would like us to arrange to pick up the order, we may do so but the cost still lies with you and may be more than our standard delivery charge of £5.75. You can view the progress of your order by logging into your account, once an order displays shipped, it is too late to cancel.

Pay For Your Order

All credit card payment is made through our merchant account. Our website uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. If you would rather not use your credit card online, please phone us direct on 0800 505 3384 with your order and a cheque will have to be sent to us made payable to Impact Glazing. All cheques will have to be cleared before your order is dispatched.

Returns Of Damaged Goods

We go to great lengths to make sure all orders are packed and protected from damage. Orders are always checked before leaving for there destination. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged,we are happy to exchange any damaged goods within 14 days of date of dispatch email, Please phone 0800 505 3384 if you have damaged goods and we will arrange a time to pick up the order and review the damage before sending a replacement.

Prices

All prices on our website include VAT. Despite our best efforts, items in our online shop may occasionally be mis-priced. We verify prices as part of our despatch procedures and if an item’s price is wrong (higher or lower than it should be) we will contact you straight away.

Ordering

Simply add products to your cart, then when you are ready, checkout using your credit card over a secure webpage. Once we have received payment a proof of purchase email will be sent to your specified email address from us. Once your order is dispatched another email will be sent confirming this. You can view the status of your order at any time by logging into your account.

If you would rather not create an account with us some products have a Buy Now button in the product description, this is a quicker way to order one off individual products. Delivery charges still apply.

Stock Availability

If a product you order becomes out of stock we will inform you by phone or email of the date you should expect your order. If you would like to cancel your order at this point we will refund your payment in full. Please note we try our best to keep stock availability up to date on our website. Any products that are not available will be marked out of stock.

Privacy

We will always treat the information we collect from you as personal and confidential. Your details will only be used to complete orders, provide you with the best possible service and, if you have requested, to enable us to send you information about promotional offers and new products or services. We may at times disclose your delivery address information to trusted suppliers to help complete your order, so by using our web site you consent to us using the personal information you have given.

Your personal information will not be passed or sold to any third party or company at any point (unless it is a trusted supplier or we are legally obliged to) without your permission.

Joining Our Mailing List

We only ever send out 1-2 emails every couple of months regarding new products or services added to our website. We will never give or sell your email address to any person or company.

Cancel Your Online Account

If you would like to cancel your online account with Impact Glazing and delete your information from our system, you can do so at anytime by going to the Contact Us page and select close online account from the drop down menu then simply fill out the form and click submit
